Chef Valentin Neraudeau was already successful when he competed in France’s Top Chef television cooking competition in 2013. After a stint in Paris he returned home to Toulouse and opened this place in the city centre in 2016 to showcase his contemporary, locally sourced, seasonal cuisine. The decor is smart and minimalist, and the food is modern to match: the inventive dishes are packed with flavour and presented with the sort of creative flair that would make any TV judge swoon. The three-course lunch menu is extremely good value.
