Restaurant Manna is located just off Noto's sublimely Baroque main drag, making it the ideal spot for a post-passeggiata dinner. The front of house is run by an efficient team of women, all of them more than happy to help steer diners through a menu of delicately flavoured antipasti, primi and secondi. Don't miss the pasta with tuna and mussels – unless it's because you're more tempted by the immense red prawns, served on a bed of creamy black chickpeas. The wine list – most of which is served by the glass – reads like a who's who of the contemporary Sicilian viticultural scene. Expect to pay anywhere from 50 euros upwards for a substantial three-course meal.
