As the name suggests, you'll probably go to 13% for the wine, but the food on offer is equally good: together they bring out the best in each other. Designed for sharing, the mixed boards of charcuterie and cheese are superb, although you could also plump for more specialised dishes such as 'Ta Ti Flette', or black Iberico pork marinated with five spices, or grilled Spanish octopus. The extensive wine list should satisfy even the most experienced connoisseur, but equally you can ask the bar staff for recommendations if you want something that best matches your bespoke menu choices. Furnishings are elegant and classy, which adds to the ambiance. The bar on Telok Ayer Street is one of three venues in Singapore.
