It’s dangerous, this place. Carefully selected wines are presented in self-service receptacles offering three different size measures, meaning customers can help themselves to a small amount of several bottles before plumping for a larger glass of their favourite. With so many to try, ranging from reasonably priced local wines to expensive Grand Crus and champagnes, it’s tempting to sample them all. The two-storey but tiny bar has a relaxed, cosy atmosphere, making it easy to stay for hours. A small menu of tapas, cheeses and charcuterie is available to soak up the booze.
